Very impressed with hipwell motor services. My car was running very rough after a service from another garage. They diagnosed it straight away from a test drive. No messing around. Sorted it out and had it ready for us to collect in around 3hrs. Great, honest and professional service. Highly recommended.

Went here the first time with my vectra that went into limp mode. They said it as just a hose that come unclipped, only charged me a small bit for the clip so that shows to me they're honest! Come back with my fabia today for 2 control arms, track rod end and 4 new tyre's fitted & tracking after. They tell you about a different range of parts to fit your budget and give you details on labour costs. Will continue to go back.

Used this garage for the first time, after moving house, so needed a new local garage. I had my mini in for an MOT, knowing it’s a bit old and would probably fail on a few things - unfortunately, I was right; it had a whole page of advisories! Everyone was so lovely and informative, explaining the fails and what needs to be done, and fixed it up, including all advisories, for a very good price!! Would absolutely recommend and use this garage for all future needs! Xoxo

Booked in for brakes on our bmw 1 series. Job done perfectly. Staff are great. Jarrod noticed on the road test that something wasn’t right with the suspension (shoddy work by another garage), and put it right for us. Our cars will go to this garage in the future. Recommended
